PRE-ORDER POLICY
a) First of all, please take into consideration that a pre-order made does not mean that the pre-order item is 100% secured. Under certain circumstances, a pre-order might not be fulfilled due to the following reasons:
- Suppliers failed to allocate the stocks.
- Stocks are not enough to fulfill all pre-orders, therefore allocations will be based on first pre-order first served.
- Delay in product release.
- At times stocks will only be available in the 2nd batch of shipment or re-production of the item.
- And other unfortunate events that may arise.
b) Pre-ordered items are to be collected within 1 week of arrival otherwise it will be made available.
c) If an item is in shortage(1st batch), therefore we require all pre-orders to be collected within the arrival date (first come first served), otherwise your orders will be in the waiting list for the next batch of stocks.
d) All fully paid pre-orders will be 100% allocated and secured when stocks arrive.
We advise that all customers understands and therefore agrees to the above conditions before placing a pre-order deposit with SHIOKTOYS.COM.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Unless there is a waiting list or high demands, cancellation of pre-ordered item after which we have submitted our orders to our suppliers/distributors, or when item have reached us, will incur a penalty fees of MYR$20/USD$6, which will be deducted from the deposit. Remaining from the deposit will be returned or may be used for other pre-order/in-stock purchase purposes.
REFUNDS
In the event that a pre-ordered item is unavailable to reach us, a full refund will be honored. Transfer of deposits to another pre-orderable item or in-stock item can also be made.

SHIOKTOYS.COM attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, SHIOKTOYS.COM does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.\r\n
